To begin, visit portal.motorsport.org.au and enter your Member ID and password.

First-time applicants should click the 'Sign Up Now' button. Complete the form and you'll receive your Member ID by email.

Your Member ID is your licence number. If you've forgotten your password, click 'Forgot your password' to create a new one.

Need help logging in? Contact the Motorsport Australia Customer Service Team on 1300 883 959 (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm AEST) if you can't access your account or don't remember your Member ID.

Once logged in, click 'My Applications' on the left menu then 'Create New Application' and find your desired licence type. You can apply for competition, esports, junior, officials licences, or media accreditation online.

Then click 'Apply' on your desired licence to begin the application process.

Complete the application form, upload any required documents, and provide payment details.

Note: If you're applying for a new Circuit, Rally, or Off Road licence—and don't already hold one of these three—you'll need to complete a medical examination if you have not done so already.

You must also be an active member of a Motorsport Australia-affiliated sporting car club before applying.

After submitting your completed application and payment, our team will review it and activate your licence. Download the Motorsport Australia App to view your licence status and present it at your first event.

Questions? If you need assistance with your application, use the web chat in the bottom right corner of your screen or call the Motorsport Australia Customer Service Team on 1300 883 959 (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm AEST).
