Here is where you configure the notifications preferences for the event

The notification preferences are made up of two components:

  1. Recipient groups - who the messages are sent to
  2. Notification type - the type of message sent

Recipient groups

The recipients are split into five groups

  • Event Creator (Test EventOrganiser): The Event Organiser who created the event
  • Other Event Organisers: all Event Organisers for this club
  • Event Contacts: all Contacts configured in the previous step
  • Entrants: the person who completes the entry form
  • Drivers and Navigators: the competitors in the vehicle
  • Pit Crew: all other crew recorded in the entry

Event Config, Event Status and Payment are mandatory notifications and can not be disabled

Notification type

  • Event Config: When an event organiser for a particular club creates, edits, removes, or changes the status of an event.
  • Entries: When an entrant enters an event, edits their entry, or changes their crew, and when crew accept T&Cs.
  • Entry Associated Item: When an entrant (or their crew) edits a record that's associated with an entry, such as their vehicles or personal details.
  • Entry Status: When the status of an entry is updated, and when an entry is withdrawn or deleted.
  • Event Status: When the status of an event changes, and when an event is cancelled.
  • Event Alert: Reminder emails that are sent 7 and 1 day(s) before an event.
