A Logbook Extension is required when your vehicle logbook's Scrutiny/Event History or New Ownership page become full and no more information can be inputted into the book.

Complete the application form, make note of any changes to the vehicle such as colour or engine, and ensure that new front and rear 3/4 photos are provided of the vehicle.
The logbook and paperwork can be posted to PO Box 172, Canterbury LPO, VIC 3126.
