A Logbook Replacement is required when your vehicle logbook has either been lost, damaged or destroyed. To complete a logbook replacement, complete the replacement application and email or post the application form to [email protected].

Complete the application and provide new vehicle front and rear 3/4 photos also be provided. We also require a statuary declaration stating the logbook has been lost, damaged or destroyed and must be sighted and signed by and authorised witness/JP.
Once the above stated documents and images are ready, email it all through to [email protected].
