Last Update 2 years ago

The conditional registration scheme available in NSW is known as the Rally Vehicle Scheme or RVS provided by the NSW Roads and Maritime Services (RMS). The registration allows holders to operate the vehicle during competition, training, and liaison between stages during events.

To hold a conditional registration you will require the following:

- A valid Motorsport Australia Competition Licence

- A vehicle that has been log booked as 3C PRC or 3C RCO and show compliance with Schedule R

- A valid current class 'C' or higher Civil Driver Licence

To apply for Rally Registration complete the following forms:

- NSW RVS Inspection Form

- RMS Vehicle Declaration Form

- RMS Application for Conditional Registration

- RMS RVS Rally Vehicle Agreement

If you are renewing a Rally Registration, we only require the Inspection Form and Vehicle Declaration Form. All completed documents can be emailed to [email protected].
