Essential to making the whole participation experience a concevient one for entrants is the method of accepting regulations by ticking a checkbox, ensuring compliance without the need use of removing the need for physical paperwork.

We'll explore each section of form creation, from 'Name, Type and Activation' through to advanced features like 'Pre-validation Checks'. This guide is your go-to resource, offering clarity and support for successful Motorsport event preparation.

The "Create Event" feature is for Motorsport Event Organisers in setting up an event from scratch or duplicating previous events. It's equipped with a user-friendly interface that includes pre-set and advanced fields, ensuring that every aspect of your event is accounted for. From detailing basic information like the event name and type, to advanced elements like garaging options and pre-validation checks. The platform is particularly attentive to regulatory compliance, with mandatory fields for the Motorsport Disclaimer and Supplementary Regulations acceptance. With this feature, creating a new event is a straightforward and efficient process, even for those less familiar with technology.

The Event Entry app v2 is accessed via the Motorsport Australia Member Portal here: https://portal.motorsport.org.au/octozy/login then click the Event Entry menu on the left.

Getting your event setup on our platform begins with a simple but important choice: the discipline of your event. It is either Circuit or Other or Rally or Off Road, and this selection dictates the specifics of your event setup. Once you've selected your preferred discipline, the system will remember your choice for all future event creations, until you decide to change it. see images below for both versions of the app.
