Description

Cancelling an event is possible once the event has at least one entry.

When an event is cancelled:

  • A red Cancelled badge will be displayed on the event.
  • Entries will be restricted, preventing any further submissions.
  • All entrants will withdrawn from the event.
  • All entrants will automatically receive an email notification informing them of the cancellation, along with instructions and a link to request a refund if required.

Important Note: Once an event is cancelled, it cannot be undone.

1. Click on the Club Events menu

2. Click on the pencil button to edit the event you want to cancel

3. Click on the CANCEL EVENT button

4. Type "Cancel" then click on the CONFIRM button

5. A red Cancelled badge will appear beside the cancelled event.

An email notification will be sent to all entrants with a link to request a refund.
