Event entry V2: Pre-validation checks - Terms and Conditions

On the Entry Details page of every Event Entry form, there is a mandatory Terms and Conditions checkbox that entrants must read and agree to. However, there are situations where the entrant is not the actual vehicle driver or a competitor, such as with cross entries in Circuit events or Co-Drivers/Navigators in Rally or Off Road events. In these instances, competitors will receive an email containing links to the Terms and Conditions, along with a separate link to confirm their agreement.
Event Organisers can view the outcomes of these agreements on the Entries Summary page, specifically within the Entry details pane on the left under the Driver section.
Event Organisers can also click the RESEND button if the competitors have not responded.
